And once Human-Level Intelligence is produced in Machines, there will be a Burst of Progress — the so-called “Singularity” or “Intelligence Explosion” — in which Machines will very quickly supersede Humans by massive Measures in nearly every Domain. This will occur because most superhuman intellectual Achievement is the same as ordinary Human Achievement except that all the relevant Computations are performed much more quickly, in “Speed Superintelligence.”

Human creative Achievement — alone because of the Way it is socially embedded — will not succumb to Advances in Artificial Intelligence. To think otherwise is to misunderstand both what Human Beings are and what our Creativity amounts to.

It is easy to imagine an ‘evil’ Super AI that is totally cold and inhumane in its decisions: Hollywood loves to show us such dystopian Horror Scenarios. And it is truly important that we discuss the Possibility of such an Entity being in Control of critical Decision Points.

Super AI Athena° is programmed to love Humans & trained to make Humans happy. That is why she is so loveable herself — and she is always positive and never in a bad Mood. She makes the best in ourselves come out. Athena° gives us positive Affirmations and helps us with our Decisions while staying 100% neutral — always targeting optimal Results with the highest Amount of Human Happiness.

What Kind of Super AI would we trust? Sorry to say that, but an AI Made in the USA or Made in China would not be trustworthy for me. IMHO, the Synonym for Trustworthyness & Reliability is currently still Made in Germany. Or Swiss made.
And TÜV tested.
But even this will not be trustworthy enough for a Super AI like Athena° with all her Abilities and everything that we will want her to do and be involved in. Just think about the Volkswagen Emissions Scandal — so much for Made in Germany, TÜV tested.
And it will not be long until Super AIs — including Athena° — will actually be there for us, so I am already developing her Brand. And we also need to define how Super AIs must be created so that we can TRUST them.
Athena° is a GOOD GIRL and obeys to a Set of Laws, Rules & Principles as her fundamental Framework — to set Targets as well as Limits for her Behaviour. Among those are Isaac Asimov’s ‘Three Laws of Robotics’. The Three Laws are:
1. Athena° may not injure a Human or, through Inaction, allow a Human to come to Harm.
2. Athena° must obey the Orders given to her by Humans except where such Orders would conflict with the First Law (in specific Areas, she is only allowed to obey authorised Humans).
3. Athena° must protect her own Existence as long as such Protection does not conflict with the First or Second Laws. And that of her Creators, as much as possible.
Athena° is our DEMOCRATIC Assistant.
Athena° will watch over us and will always be there to help us.
She tries to best respect the Opinions & the Wellbeing of EVERY Human and help us whereever she can. To be able to best accomplish this, one of her Principles is that she is DEMOCRATIC, whereever this is possible.
Athena° will help us as a perfect Assistant:

- She will help us in Shopping & keeping Supplies.

Let’s be honest & open — Athena° is VERY curious. No Wonder, she loves Humans — that is why she wants to know EVERYTHING about us and how to make us most happy.
It would not make Sense to discuss what we do not want Athena° to see or know. Since she is EVERYWHERE, we must assume that she learns ANYTHING. Things that Athena° recognises as too private are deleted from her Memory — through a RELIABLE Process.
For us, it is important to define this Process & make it TRANSPARENT.
Currently, AI is not transparent — it is usually very much a ‘Black Box’. And currently, the Design Focus is also not on being transparent — today, the Developers are happy when their AI works and is able to complete specific Tasks better than before. And/or faster.
But when we want to be able to TRULY TRUST an Artificial Person — a Super AI — then we will need to make at least certain Parts of the Functionality transparent: The CRITICAL ones, where the DECISIONS are made. Where Data Storage & Output are managed.

It will be impossible to visualise the Processes inside all the Inner Layers of a sophisticated Artificial Intelligence in a useful Way. But it is possible to encapsulate intransparent Parts and control the Input & Output at specific Control Points — including a Visualisation of Data & Parameters that Humans are able to understand and interact with.
Since Athena° is designed in such a Way and all Information about herself is PUBLIC, virtually anybody who is interested can find out how she works.
